Access On Any Device

Simply attach your label on the bag and a unique QR code will be associated

You will find your label in the reception and the simple thing you have to do is just to stick it on your baggage. We will pass at the hotel to recover it and you will receive a message on your device.

It is not necessary to wait in the hotel our arrive, we will recognize your luggage through the label. Your time is entirely to enjoy the City without extra weight!

Scheduling when you want

Uniquely we need your Hotel stay and your airport name

You can reserve Kiss My Bag service the first day of your stay or the same day of the check out (before 10 A.M.). Your flight should not depart before 4 P.M.

With this service you are not supposed to go back to the hotel but you will find your baggage in a secure left-luggage locker inside the airport.

Through the application and emailing service, you will know when the luggage is picked-up and when is available in the airport to be collected. We take care of your bag during the transport and the storage and we never abandon it.

Kiss My Bag will send you a QR-Code to show in the left-luggage store to easily pick up your baggage.

Can I buy the service in the same day of my departure?

Yes! You can buy the Kiss My Bag service until 10 A.M. of the same day of your departure.

What payment methods do you accept?

All main credit cards are accepted!

How can I recover my baggage at the airport if my phone is out of battery?

You can enter your login and password at the baggage locker area and the personnel will recognize you and your baggage(s).

I am an Hotel and I would like to provide this service to my guests. How I can do it?

My flight leaves at midnight, how late can I pick up my luggage at the airport?

The Barcelona airport locker will remain open 24 hours a day, however the deadline for picking up your luggage without additional charges is 22pm.

What time can I retrieve my baggage at the airport?

You will find your baggage at the airport "El Prat" from 2 P.M. You will receive a confirmation email with the QR code for the recovery.
